wellbeing principles

A holistic approach

The following principles guide our work:
Adequate sleep quantity and quality are essential to physical and emotional wellbeing as well as optimal focus and decision making.
In order to maintain energy, we need to fuel our bodies and balance our blood sugar.
Stress has many contributing factors and should be managed on a physical and emotional level.
Our emotional wellbeing and mindset can be improved and maintained using a variety of simple but effective tools.

Productivity Principles

Thriving at Work

Our productivity principles are gentle but effective, allowing anyone to thrive in the modern world of work:
We perform at our best when we’re free of distraction.
We excel when we have a structure that works for us.
With the right tools, inspiration doesn’t have to be left to chance.
We need to get out of autopilot when it comes to team meetings and communication.
For most, prioritising output over availability will transform the way you work.

Kathryn has been leading workshops as an agency strategist from her first month on the job. Her career began on the prestigious WPP Fellowship, which took her to London, Paris and New York. As a Strategy Director at Grey NY she became the go-to person in the department for facilitation, running workshops for clients including Disney, Sheraton, McCormick & Co., Deloitte, GSK and AstraZeneca. She is adept at guiding groups of all sizes to solutions with grace, humour and a firm hand when necessary.
